 In addition to all the Martial Activities that will be going on, there will be Arts and Sciences Classes, Open Camp activities (teas, parties, etc), and other activities at various locations around the site. 

This is the non-martial activities list for Peasant's Revolt.


To reserve space in the feast hall or to add your non-martial activity to this list, please email the Non-Martial Activities Co-ordinator with all of the information below at: cathanar(dot)revolt (at) gmail (dot) com. Please allow 48-72 hours for your activity to appear on this list.


 Reservations can be in 30 minute intervals, maximum of 2 hours. Please include time to SET UP and CLEAR the hall within your reservation. 

 

Friday evening, August 26th

 

5:00-6:00 Quarter Pounder Hebrew National and some other Road Kill with beans and Tea.

 

7:00 - 9:00 Torch time! Viking bead making in the crafting area with our own Baronka Ingegerd Kastanrazi

9:00 - 10:00 SCA 101 (or anything you ever wanted to know about the SCA but didn't know how to ask) with the indomitable Lady Meghan MacIan of  Loch Awe.


10:00-11:00  Beginning Calligraphy featuring Baron Wulfstan Eagweald


11:00-1:00 Peasants' Revolt Luncheon! Cold cuts - Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef with cheese. Tea


1:00 - 2:00 Beginning Illlumination with Baron Wulfstan Eagweald (possibly)


2:00 - 3:00    Steal the greased "Pig" and deposit it in the opposing teams bucket.

Suggested attire - Leave the Armor in your tent and bring your swim trunks

 

3:00 - 4:00 Boat building - Build a viking vessel with materials provided. Then at least ONE BRAVE SOUL must navigate it around the buoy and back to shore
